Vendor Setup Information
Vendors may set up your booth space anytime between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Please remember that it is your responsibility to bring your table(s), chairs, and tent (if desired) as only the green space will be provided. Please check the Best Dam Fest Website by 9:00 am on Thursday to view a vendor map with your location.
Please park anywhere that you can find a spot on the street, however the La Crosse Street Parking Lot and La Crosse Street will be reserved for emergency vehicles.
Please drop your donation basket off at the Beverage Stand by 10:00 am. Please be sure to include a description of what is included, as well as your name/business.

Becoming a vendor is a breeze! Just fill out our online registration form using the buttons below. After submission, return to select the online payment button based on your vendor type – whether you are a product vendor or a food vendor. Be sure to review our list of current vendors on our Events Page to ensure exclusivity for your business/brand.

Different Levels of Sponsorship
There are different levels of sponsorships for the Fest. Each tier offers various perks for sponsors to enjoy as a thank you for their generosity in making the event the best possible for the community. The goal of sponsorship is to make the event as affordable and enjoyable as possible for families. You can learn more about each tier by selecting one of the corresponding buttons. Currently, we are still accepting sponsorships for the 2024 event.
Once you register online to sponsor the 2024 Best Dam Fest, please scroll down to select your sponsorship level and make your payment online. If you are making your sponsorship payment by mail, please mail your check to Best Dam Fest, PO BOX 50, Beaver Dam, WI 53916.
